Full Tilt Loses French License, and an Update from Alderney

FullTiltPoker.fr, operating as Rekop Limited had it’s French gaming license suspended by the ARJEL regulatory authority. Reasons given were because the .fr website has remained down since Alderney shut down Full Tilt, and no French players have been able to access their funds. Ray Bitar is listed as sole owner. The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) confirmed Full Tilt is negotiating with “a third party concerning the prospective refinancing of Full Tilt Poker” in a new statement released July 5th. Their goal is “to enable the site to re-open to its current and prospective players.”
